The petition is under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. There were disputes between the parties in regard to a Flat Purchase Agreement dated 5th May 2014. By an order dated 2nd August 2018, this Court appointed Mr Amrut Joshi, learned advocate, as the sole arbitrator. He entered upon the reference to his arbitration shortly thereafter and the matter then proceeded before him.

The arbitral proceedings have reached the stage of filing of consent terms by the parties before the learned sole arbitrator. The extended arbitral mandate ended on 7th February 2020. 3.

Having regard to these circumstances and with mutual consent of the parties, I am extending the arbitral mandate until 24th February 2020 to complete the arbitral proceedings. 4.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
