Keeping in view the fact that the Petitioner has an alternate efficacious remedy available under Section 9 of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Regulation Act, 1977, we decline to entertain this petition. The Petitioner is at liberty to approach the School Tribunal for redressal of her grievance.
