By this petition filed under section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, the petitioner seeks extension of time for passing of award by a period of three months from 6th December,2017. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection if the time is extended as prayed in prayer clause (a) of the arbitration petition. He however submits that the allegations made by the petitioner against the respondents in arbitration petition are not accepted by the respondents. Statement is accepted.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views on the

Arbitration petition is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). No order as to costs.
