2 4) wp410-16.doc 2015 (Exhibit-A) to the petition in Appeal No./Slum/Desk/ 235/2014 and direct the petitioner to appear before the Appellate Authority on December 5, 2017 at 11.00 a.m. The Appellate Authority shall give opportunity of being heard to the petitioner and shall decide the appeal on merits as expeditiously as possible, preferably within six weeks from the date of appearance of the petitioner before it.
