Mr. Shah and Mr. Nargolkar have no objection to the grant of all the prayers sought by Official Liquidator in the Official Liquidator's Report.

Mr. Nargolkar, however, clarifies that since his client, viz., The Seva Vikas Co-operative Bank Limited, is a secured creditor and they have already obtained recovery certificate from the Registrar of Co-operative Societies, his client will appoint necessary security agency and deploy such number of security guards as required for safeguarding the movable and immovable assets of the company (in liquidation) situated at J-150, Gauri Gaekwad

Therefore, Official Liquidator's Report is allowed and accordingly disposed in terms of prayer clauses - (a), (b), (c) and (d) with the clarification mentioned above based on the statement made by Mr. Nargolkar, which is accepted.

It has to be noted that Official Liquidator took possession and he took possession only as Provisional Liquidator but the company has been ordered to be wound up by an order dated 2nd February, 2018 and Official Liquidator is officiating as Liquidator of the company. (K.R. SHRIRAM, J.) Gauri Gaekwad
