Learned Counsel for the parties tender consent terms duly signed by the parties through their authorised signatories and also by their respective Advocates. Learned Counsel request the court to keep the consent terms on record and allow the Plaintiff to withdraw the suit in accordance with the consent terms. In accordance with the consent terms, Smt.Bhanu Narendra Shah, Shri Sushil Narendra Shah and Shri Ajay Narendra Shah, who are proposed to be impleaded as Defendant Nos.2 to 4 to the suit herein as per Annexure 1 of the consent terms, are joined as party Defendants, being Defendant Nos.2 to 4 to the suit herein. These Defendants are present in court and have signed the consent terms along with the Plaintiff and original Defendants, representatives of whom are present in court. The Plaintiff is permitted to carry out the amendment of the plaint, accordingly, within two weeks from today. Reverification is dispensed with.
