Learned Counsel for the petitioner on instructions seeks leave to withdraw these petitions as the petitioner is pursuing proceedings before the arbitral tribunal.

In the above circumstances, the petitions are allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

The Court Receiver appointed by this Court also stands discharged however subject to the fees/charges of the Court Receiver to be paid without passing accounts. The charges be paid within two weeks of the intimation. Intimation be forwarded to the Advocate for the petitioner. 4.
