This Notice of Motion has been filed seeking a condonation of delay of 64 days in filing the Arbitration Petition under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996(for short "the Act"). The Arbitration Petition under Section 37 has been filed challenging the order dated 20th July, 2018 passed by the Arbitrator under Section 17 of the Act.

For the reasons stated in the affidavit in support of the Notice of Motion, the delay is condoned. The Registry is directed to number the Arbitration Petition. List the Arbitration Petition on 6th December, 2018 for admission. The Notice of Motion is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
