Heard.
The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that they are ready and willing to make payment of Court Receiver's charges as per Court Receiver's Report No. 675 of 2015. She requires some time to do so.
Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, following order is passed.
a) Court Receiver's Report is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), which read thus: Sneha Chavan 1/2
3 CRR 675-15.doc "a) The Petitioner Company may be directed to deposit a sum of Rs.10,600/- towards cost, charges and expenses of the Court Receiver as per Final Statement of Account within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court alongwith interest as this Hon'ble Court may deem and proper;
b) Cost of this report may please be awarded in the sum of Rs.3000/- (Rupees three thousand only) and be directed to come out of the funds in the hands of the Court Receiver as Receiver herein."
b) Petitioner to make payment of Court Receiver's charges within four weeks from today. c) If payment is not paid within stipulated time as stated herein above, Court Receiver is directed to place the matter on board for further directions.
d) Court Receiver's Report stands disposed of accordingly.
