Mr.Aithe, company prosecutor for official liquidator states that the liquidator has taken symbolic possession yesterday of the registered office of the company (in liquidation) and also taken physical possession of all the records. Mr. Aithe states that he will provide a copy of the report and the documents to the advocate for petitioner/applicant within one week from today.
