4-NMW-508-15.doc of the order dated 12th October 2015 dismissing the Petition for want of prosecution. This Motion was taken out immediately thereafter, on 26th October 2015.

We have perused the reasons mentioned in the Affidavit in Support of Shri. P.M. Jha dated 26th October 2015 in support of the Notice of Motion. We are satisfied with the reasons indicated therein for the failure of the Petitioners and their Advocate to be present when the matter was called out. 3.

In the above view, the Notice of Motion is allowed in terms of the prayer clause (a).
