The Plaintiffs and Defendants belong to the same family and the present dispute is related to the estate of the deceased Mr. Satish Indra Sharma, who was the brother of the Plaintiff Nos.1 and 2 and father of Defendant No.1 and husband of Defendant No.2. 2.

The parties have reached at a settlement in terms of the consent terms dated 22.9.2017, tendered in Court today. The consent terms are signed by the Plaintiffs and the Defendants, who are present in the Court. Tikam
