1. By this Interim Application, the applicant seeks an amendment in the writ petition. We have perused the schedule appended to the Interim Application and have also perused the order dated 17 th August, 2022 passed by this Court. applicant to file an application for placing on record the subsequent events that transpired during the pendency of the petition. Pursuant to the liberty granted by this Court, the applicant has filed this Interim Application. The applicant seeks to bring on record the subsequent events that transpired during the pendency of this writ petition.

2. Interim Application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment to be carried out within four weeks from today. Amendment shall also be carry out in the copy supplied to the Municipal Corporation and other respondents simultaneously.

3. It is made clear that merely because we have permitted the amendment, none of the respondents is deemed to have admitted any of the averments made in the prayers in the Interim Application.

4. All contentions on the merits of all the parties are kept open.

5. Interim Application is disposed off in the aforesaid terms.

6. No orders as to costs.
