Mr. Gopal, counsel for petitioner sought leave of the Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to raise all points before the Assessing Officer.

Petition dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. The Assessing Officer shall pass the assessment order in accordance with law after considering the submissions of petitioner and by granting personal hearing to petitioner. Petitioner shall be notified atleast one week in advance about the date and time of personal hearing.
