The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instructions seeks permission to withdraw the petition. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner prays that liberty may be reserved to file a civil suit for seeking appropriate relief. We make it clear that subject to all objections which may be raised by the respondents, it will be open for the petitioner to file a civil suit notwithstanding withdrawal of the petition. All contentions on merits are kept open. Pending notices of motion do not survive and the same are disposed of.
