After hearing the matter for sometime, the learned Counsel for the Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to challenge the election before the appropriate Forum.

We accordingly allow the Petitioners to withdraw the Petition with liberty as prayed for. The Petitioners would be at liberty to make an application before the Forum for expeditious hearing of the proceedings, in the event the Petitioners file the proceedings before the appropriate Forum challenging the election.
