Our attention is invited to an order dated 15.2.2015. Admittedly, the Appellants have not deposited the amount within the time granted under the said order. Order dated 15.2.2015 is self-operative and therefore, on completion of the period of four weeks on 15.2.2015, the Appeal stood dismissed. Learned counsel for the Appellants pointed out that though a Special Leave Petition has been preferred by the Appellants against the said order before the Apex Court, the same has not been listed.
