Parties have entered into consent terms dated 5th March 2018. The consent terms signed by petitioner No.1(D) for himself and on behalf of petitioner Nos.1(A), 1(B) and 1(C), Ex-director of respondent and their respective advocates is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The counsel for petitioner states that to the consent terms is annexed consent affidavit of petitioner Nos.1(A), 1(B) and 1(C). Statement accepted. Both counsel state that the signatories to the consent terms are present in Court and identify them.

The official liquidator has placed on record OLR No.3 of 2018 confirming that an advertisement of notice of workers/creditors to submit their objections in Company Application (Lodg.) No. 624 of 2017 was placed in Free Press Journal and Navshakti on 23rd December 2017. Mr. Aithe, company prosecutor states that no objection has been received following the advertisement.

In the circumstances, petition stands disposed. OLR No. 3 of 2018 also stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

The official liquidator stands discharged pending adjudication of a claim filed, if any, which the official liquidator shall adjudicate and disposed within three months from today.

The company application accordingly disposed. Notwithstanding disposal of the application, all office objections to be removed and have the application numbered within two weeks. (K.R. SHRIRAM, J.) Shraddha Talekar PS 2/2
