The Defendants as well as Respondents, who are proposed to be impleaded are duly served with the Chamber Summons. There is no reply to the Chamber Summons. Chamber Summons No.1462 of 2015 is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (c). The amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. The amended copy of the plaint be served on newly added Defendants. Newly added Defendants are Pg 1 of 3

permitted to file their written statement to the suit within a period of four weeks of service of the amended plaint. The other Chamber Summons, namely, Chamber Summons No. 1178 of 2011, along with Notice of Motion be placed on board for hearing on 5 January 2016.
