The Defendant Nos.1 to 4 undertake to vacate their existing premises and give the possession of the same to the Plaintiff on or before 15-02-2018. Defendant Nos.1 to 5 have also executed and registered Supplemental Development Agreement dated 18-12-2017. The learned Advocate for the Plaintiff undertakes to execute the agreement for permanent alternate accommodation and register the same along with the other members of the society. In view of the above, the learned Advocate for the Plaintiff seeks to withdraw the above Suit. The Suit is therefore, disposed of as withdrawn. Refund of Court Fees, if any, as per rules.
