The prayer clause (a) and (b) have already been considered and granted by order dated 29.04.2015.

So far as the prayer clause (c) and (d) are concerned, the counsel is unable to assist the Court. Even having considered the affidavit in support, I am unable to come to a conclusion that prayer clause (c) and (d) ought to be granted.

Application therefore accordingly dismissed.
