The Petitioner has applied for a fresh passport as per the order passed by the learned Additional C.M.M., 47th Court, Esplanade, Mumbai in Application No.793/Misc/2016. The Petitioner undertakes to surrender the old passport.

The Passport Authority accordingly shall issue a fresh VRD
