The Notice of Motion only seeks expedition of the hearing of the caption suit. By an order dated 21st January, 2019, this Court had recorded that the trial is complete and the Suit is ready for hearing and final disposal and accordingly the Suit was listed for hearing and final disposal.

Hence, the Notice of Motion requires to be disposed of in light of the Suit being placed for hearing and final disposal. 3.

The Suit shall be placed for hearing and final disposal on 22nd August, 2019 at 3.00 p.m.
