Perused the Company Application No.23 of 2015 and the Affidavit in support thereto. The Company Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (d), which are reproduced hereunder : (a) the Applicant/Original Petitioner is permitted to annex the extract of ROC showing registered address and CIN number of the Company/Respondent. Hereto annexed and marked as Exhibit "A1".

(b) The Petitioner also hereby seek permission to annex the copy of the Board Resolution dated 20-05-2014 authorizing Mr. Pravin Manjrekar, to appear for and on behalf of the Company is hereto annexed and marked as Exhibit J; (c) the Petitioner hereby seeks permission to annex above mentioned exhibits to the Schedule referred and included in ssp 1/2

(d) The Petitioner be permitted to carry out consequential amendments, if any, 2.

The learned Advocate for the Applicant/Petitioner undertakes to carry out amendments on or before 03-03-2015. The undertaking is accepted. The above Company Application is accordingly disposed of. 3.

The above Company Petition is accepted and is made returnable on 19-03-2015. A copy of the Petition shall be forthwith served on the Respondent Company by hand delivery.
