The petitioner was working as the Superintendent with the respondent-Corporation. She opted for voluntarily retirement under V.R.Scheme. She was allowed to retire with effect from March 2, 2015.

According to the petitioner, till date her monetary benefits have not been paid to her.

Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the only prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is, to dispose of this petition by directing the third respondent - the Competent Authority of the respondents to consider ther petitioner's representation (Exhibit-G) and take appropriate decision on it and pay the amount as may be found due and payable to the petitioner, expeditiously.

Having regard to the aforesaid, we dispose of this petition by directing the the Competent Authority of the respondents to consider and take appropriate decision on the petitioner's representation and make the payments as may be found due to her as expeditiously as possible, but not later than three months from the date receipt of this order. 6.
With the above directions, the petition stands disposed of.
