The Consent Terms are taken on record, marked "X" for identification. The statements and undertakings contained therein are accepted. In terms of the Consent Terms, the leave petition is allowed. There will be a decree on admission against the Defendants in terms of the Consent Terms. No order as to costs. Refund of Court fees in accordance with the applicable Rules. In view of the disposal of the suit, nothing survives in the Notice of Motion and the same is disposed of.
