The learned Counsel for the claimant submits that she received instructions from her client to make appropriate application for transfer of decree to the concerned District and Sessions Judge, District Court at Chikkaballapur, Karnataka for execution. To that effect, she has given in writing. Same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. She submits that claimants require 8 weeks time to prefer appropriate application for transfer of decree to the concerned District Court. Same is permitted.

If application is filed within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, Registry is directed to take Mohite 1/2

In view of these facts, nothing survives in the present Chamber Summons.
