Shri Deokar for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the petition on the ground that though two of the legal heirs have given consent, two legal heirs have not given consent. Once they give consent, the petitioners wish to file a fresh petition for letters of administration. The petition dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is granted to file fresh petition provided those two legal heirs who had not consented also join in filing fresh petition.
