Heard Mr. Kamat and also considered the affidavit in support. The application is for leave under Section 446 of the Companies Act, 1956 to permit plaintiffs, all who worked as crew members on board the vessel MSV Malaviya 36 and whose wages have not been paid for a very long time, to institute and prosecute an admiralty suit against respondent company. Some of them have not been paid wages for more than 18 months and wish to file the suit for claiming their wages in the Admiralty Jurisdiction of this Court.
For reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support, application is allowed and accordingly disposed in terms of prayer clause - (a). (K.R. SHRIRAM, J.) Gauri Gaekwad
