2] By way of these three Review Petitions, the Review Petitioners are seeking to recall the order dated 7th July 2017 passed by this Court.
2] The Review Petitions are vehemently opposed by the learned counsel for the Respondents/Org. Petitioners. However, perusal of the averments made in the Review Petitions on an affidavit would reveal that the Petitioners have specifically stated that though instructions were given to the learned AGP appearing in the matter, he failed to point out certain factual aspects to the notice of this Court and also did not file an affidavit on behalf of the Petitioners.
3] Taking into consideration the averments made in the Review Petitions, we are inclined to allow the Review Petitions. The order dated 7th July 2017 is recalled.
4] The Writ Petitions are restored to file.
