After hearing this matter for some time, Ms. Tavadia, learned Counsel for the petitioners, on instructions of the petitioners, who are personally present in the Court, seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to make suitable representation to respondents No.1 and 2 through proper channel seeking regularization of the services of petitioners as "Academic Officers" on the ground that they are in service since last about 22 years.

Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted. Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
