Perused the Notice of Motion and the Affidavit in support thereto. For the reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Notice of Motion, the Notice of Motion is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which is reproduced hereunder :

"(a) That this Honourable Court be pleased to recall / set aside the self operative order dated 15 th September, 2015 passed by the learned Prothonotary and Senior Master under Original Side Rule 986 and be pleased to restore the Suit to the file of this Honourable Court". 2.

The Plaintiffs to remove office objections raised in the above Suit on or

Nitin 2 / 2 997-NMSL-3053-2015 before 14 th December, 2015.

Place the Suit for directions on 15 th December, 2015.
