The Court Receiver will open a separate Bank Account with the State Bank of India which has its Branch in the Guwahati High Court. That account is to be opened to the credit of the present Petition. All monthly rent cheques are to be deposited in that account and all tenants are to be informed to do so. 2.

The Court Receiver will write to all the tenants asking for copies of their tenancy agreements, if any; if not available, they 5th May 2017

921-CRR430-16 IN ARBP860-16.DOC must produce self-attested copies of the last 12 months' rent receipts.

The Report is disposed of in these terms. Petitioner will pay the costs of the Report.
