Heard Mr. Telkar, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Ms Gupta, learned Counsel for the respondents. 2.

Mr. Telkar states that petitioner Ramesh H. Padia is present in the Court. He has tendered photocopy of Aadhar Card, which is taken on record and marked 'A' for identification. He has also tendered email dated 16.08.2017 addressed to him instructing him to withdraw the above Petition. The same is taken on record and marked 'B' for identification. In view thereof, Mr. Telkar seeks permission to withdraw this Petition. Ms Gupta has no objection.

In view thereof, on the motion made by Mr. Telkar, Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such. Refund of Court fees as per the Rules. Order accordingly.
