The Decree Holder states that the decree has been fully satisfied by payment out of court. This is noted. He makes an application for 'withdrawal' of the notice under Order XXI Rule 22 of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908 and the Execution Application. That is not the correct procedure. He must get the decree marked fully satisfied under Order XXI Rule 2. He will do so within two weeks from today. On that being done, the Execution Application and the Notice will both stand disposed of.
