The above Chamber Summons is taken out to bring the legal heirs of deceased Defendant No.3 on record, who are minors. Defendant No.4 is the wife of the deceased Defendant No.3. The mother of the minors who is Defendant No.4 states that she has no objection if the said minors are brought on record and that she will be representing them. In view thereof, the Chamber Summons is allowed as prayed. Amendments as per the Schedule set out in the Chamber Summons shall be carried out on or before 26 th March, 2018. The Chamber Summons is accordingly disposed of.
