We grant leave to amend the annexure to the affidavit in support in terms of the draft handed in and marked `X' for identification. Considering the nature of the amendment which is sought at preadmission stage, we make the Chamber Summons absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment to the affidavit in support of the Chamber Summons shall be also carried out within a period of two weeks from today.

It will be open for the respondents to file additional reply dealing with the amended portion of the petition. Place the petition on 18th March 2015 under the caption `Admission'.
