This Motion has been taken out for condonation of 1 / 2 August 24, 2018
24-NMA-210-18.doc 51 days delay in filing the Customs Appeal from the impugned Order passed by the Customs, Excise & Service Tax Appellate Tribunal.

We have perused the Affidavit of Shri. Safruddin Ahmed, Assistant Commissioner, Nhava Sheva (Customs) dated 22nd February 2018 in support of the Motion and are satisfied with the reasons indicated therein for the delay in filing the Appeal from the impugned Order.

Accordingly, Notice of Motion is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

Needless to said that if the office objections are not removed within a period of four weeks from today, the Appeal itself would stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
