Learned counsel for the respondent tenders the records and proceedings of the arbitration which is perused in the award being Arbitration No.RCL/ARB/RSB/351 of 2016. The records and proceedings are taken on record.

Learned Prothonotary and Senior Master is directed to permit the petitioner to take the inspection of the records and proceedings in presence of the learned advocate appearing for the respondent. If the petitioner applies for photocopies of the records and proceedings, learned Prothonotary and Senior Master shall furnish the same to the petitioner upon payment of requisite charges if any expeditiously. 3.

The petitioner would be at liberty to rely upon the records and
