The Petitioner has approached this Court in the peculiar facts. It is the contention of the Petitioner that there are several seats vacant in the various Law Colleges. However, on account of the last date of admission, which was informed on 7th December, 2017 by off line process, various students could Pg 1 of 2

We find that it would be in the interest of the students that one more chance is given to apply for admission to the LL.B. Course. We are inclined to pass such an order since there is no cut off date fixed by the Supreme Court in such a matter as are fixed insofar as Medical and Engineering admissions are concerned.

In this view of the matter, the period for making off line admission is extended up to 22nd December, 2017. The period for submitting the off line admission form is also extended up to 22nd December, 2017. Respondent No.3 is directed to inform about the said order to all the colleges within its jurisdiction so that the desirous students are not deprived of the admission. The Respondents are directed to upload its website so as to comply with the aforesaid directions. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly with no order as to costs. ( B. P.
