Today, the parties are present in Court. They have informed the Court that the disputes and differences between them have been settled and to that effect they have entered into Consent Terms. 2.

The Learned Counsel for the parties have tendered Consent Terms. The said Consent Terms have been signed by all the parties as also their respective Advocates. The parties have been identified by their respective Advocates. The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

By the said Consent Terms, the parties have consented to the grant Mugdha

2 917-TS 231-17 in TP 1094-17.doc of Letters of Administration to the property and credits of one Sharayu Vasudev Kirtane to the Plaintiff/Petitioner.

The present Testamentary Suit is therefore disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms and the same be converted into the Testamentary Petition. 5.

Office to proceed accordingly.

Refund of Court Fees, if any, as per law.

7.

In view of disposal of the Testamentary Suit, the Caveat stands discharged.
