Mr.Khan, Company Secretary of the respondent-company is present in Court and confirms that the dispute between the petitioner and the respondent is settled out of Court. He states that he has no objection if the company petition is allowed to be withdrawn. Statement is accepted. 3.

Company petition is dismissed as withdrawn in view of out of the Court settlement arrived at between the parties. No order as to costs.
