There are two previous orders dated 18th November 2015 and 30th November 2015 (A.K. Menon, J.). Ad-interim reliefs were initially granted. Thereafter leave was granted under Clause XIV of the Letters Patent and further reliefs were also granted. Those orders have continued till date.

Mr. Karania for the Plaintiff tenders a further Affidavit of Service dated 21st January 2016. This shows that copies of the Plaintiff's Advocate letters forwarding copies of the previous orders have also been served on the Defendants. Thus the Defendants not 19th September 2016

244-NMS-1071-2016.DOC only have been served with the papers but also with the copies of the previous orders. The 2nd Defendant has entered appearance but no reply has been filed.

The orders dated 18th November 2015 and 30th November 2015 are confirmed as the final orders on the Notice of Motion which is disposed in these terms.

In addition, the Plaintiff is entitled to recover the actual costs of this Notice of Motion at the final disposal of the Suit. (G. S. PATEL, J.) 19th September 2016
