The only offer received was from one Devang Shah of Bharuch who was willing to purchase Mahindra Scorpio GJ-16 AA 7647. The offer received is only for Rs.60,000/-. It is far too low and cannot be accepted. Hence rejected.

In the circumstances, having considered the Official Liquidator's Report, the same is allowed and accordingly disposed in terms of prayer clause - (c).
