When the matter was listed before us on 8th June 2017, none appeared for the Petitioner. Hence we directed to keep the matter today for dismissal.

The Petition challenges the validity of the Government Resolution dated 17th January 2015 vide which various guidelines have been led for that purpose of determination of valuation of new construction.

We do not find that the State Government resolution can be said to be arbitrary or discriminatory, so as to warrant 10th July 2017
