Undertakings given in the consent terms are accepted and so ordered. The Suit stands decreed in accordance with the consent terms. The counsel for the plaintiff confirms having received 3 post dated cheques dated 20.11.2016, 20.3.2017 and 30.9.2017.

Refund of court fees if any, in accordance with Rules. Pending Notice of Motion also stands disposed. Interim order if any, stands vacated.
