Perused the order dated 19 th December, 2019. The learned Senior Advocate appearing for the Corporation on instructions from Mr. Ganesh Harne, DO, MCGM, states that the subject structure is not covered by the notice under Section 354 of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act; does not form part of the TAC report and will not proceed to demolish the same. It is however, clarified that this order will not preclude the Corporation to take action against the subject structure in accordance with law.

Time to carry out amendment is extended upto 3 rd January, 2019.
