Learned counsel for the petitioner states that her clients has already refunded the amount of Rs.16,44,466/- to the respondent no.1College in terms of the statement made before this Court on 25th October, 2021, which is accepted by the respondent no.1. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent no.1 states that the pension papers of the petitioner would be submitted to the respondent no.4 within four weeks from today. If any, further papers are required to be signed by the petitioner, the petitioner to co-operate with the

Upon receipt of such proposal from the respondent no.1, the respondent no.4 shall consider the said proposal and release the payment due to the petitioner within six weeks from the date of receipt of the proposal. If there is any requisition from the respondent no.4 for clearing the dues of the petitioner to the petitioner or the Management, the petitioner and the Management shall co-operate with the respondent no.4 and comply with such requisitions.

The petitioner agrees not to claim any interest against the respondent no.1 or against the respondent no.4. Statement is accepted. Respondent no.1 also has no claim against the petitioner. Statement is accepted.

Writ Petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. There shall no order as to costs.

In view of the disposal of the writ petition, Interim Application does not survive and is accordingly disposed of. 6.
