Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner. Respondents though served, however, none appears for the respondents. 1.

Mr.Patil, learned Counsel for the petitioner informs that the Collector of Stamps has now passed an order dated 5 March 2020 and the same is received by the petitioner today. In view of this it is submitted that a little longer time be granted to enable the Arbitral Tribunal to conclude the arbitral proceedings.

In the above circumstances, it is in the interest of justice, the mandate of the arbitral tribunal is extended upto 30 July 2020. Ordered accordingly.

The arbitral tribunal shall make an endeavour to conclude the arbitral proceedings and publish an award within the extended period so that there is no need to the parties to apply for a further extension. The parties shall co-operate in the early disposal of the arbitral proceedings. 4.

All contentions of the parties on merits of the matters are

expressly kept open.

Disposed of in the above terms.
