\ After arguing the Chamber Summons for some time, learned counsel for the Applicant, on instructions of the Applicant who is present in person, seeks leave to withdraw the Chamber Summons with liberty to the Applicant to take out appropriate proceedings in regard to the grievance raised in this Chamber Summons. 2.
